One of my favourite local Brisbane acts is Bard of Brunswick. I’ve been a fan of Brendan since I first saw him enter the Ric’s Exposed competition several years ago.
Since then, I’ve watched him flourish as a musician to today where he now fronts Bard of Brunswick. A couple of months when hit me up to help out with a music video for his latest single ‘Coming Home,’ it was simply an opportunity that was too good to pass up.
When he hit me up to create a concept for ‘Coming Home,’ I wanted to create something that not only celebrated the beautiful love song that he wrote but also I wanted to celebrate love and all its diversity. In the end, we’re all just a bunch crazy little creatures of different sexualities and genders trying to make connections.

I’m beyond proud of how it turned out, and it was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with everyone involved. It was a privilege to finally work on something creatively with one of my favourite Brisbane musicians. I definitely hope I get the opportunity to work alongside him again.
