I love the time of the year when New York Comic Con takes place. It’s like Christmas time for upcoming trailers. Screen Gems and Lakeshore Entertainment have just released the official full-length trailer for Underworld: Blood Wars and it looks pretty damn action packed. I’m sure we can all agree the 2003 original was the best of the series and while everything followed did leave a little to be desired, they were still sufficiently entertaining. So do we really need a new Underworld movie? Probably not, but I’ll watch it anyways.
It’s great to see after all these years Kate Beckinsale still has what it takes to play Selene, but seriously, it’s time to wrap up the franchise and move on. But it doesn’t quite look like that’s going to happen anytime soon with a sixth film already in development.
